Q: Can I split flavors in my subscription box?
Yes! As a Flavor Club member, you get total choice. Every month you can customize your box to be all classic, all feature flavor, or mix & match half/half.
Q: What happens after my subscription term ends?
Your membership auto-renews each month. You can cancel anytime by giving us 30 days notice. If you've purchased the one-year membership, it ends after 12 months and you'll be asked if you would like to purchase again once it's done.
Q: Are these the same flavors as your flavors at pop up markets?
Flavor Club creations are exclusive to the club. They may appear at markets much later on changed in some way.
Q: Once I sign-up do I need to cancel?
Yes monthly members need to cancel. Yearly members do not.
Q: Are add-ons included in my subscription price?
No, Local Love add-ons are optional extras you can choose to add on for the month. They’re carefully curated with other local makers and announced ahead of time so our members can decide if they want them.
Q: Can I start at a market?
We love connecting with you at local markets! While you can certainly chat with us and learn more about the club in person, all Flavor Club memberships must be purchased directly through our website. This ensures your account is properly set up so you receive your monthly flavor selection emails and guaranteed box updates right away.
Q: What if I move?
Same city, everything is the same, moving city's we offer you the rest of your subscription in frozen DIY Spudnut Kits.

Let us know and you can select to pick up a frozen kit to pick up with your next month's box the following month.
