Q: Can I split flavors in my subscription box?
Yes! As a Flavor Club VIP, you get total choice. Every month you can customize your box to be all classic, all luxe, or mix & match them half-and-half.
Q: What happens after my subscription term ends?
You’ll receive a renewal invitation before the next intake. You can continue, upgrade, or take a break.
Q: Are these the same flavors as your flavors at pop up markets?
Seasonal Flavor Creations are VIP Flavor Club exclusive. They may appear at markets much later on, but subscribers always get first access.
Q: Once I sign-up do I need to cancel?
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Members will be invited to continue or extend when their term ends.
Q: Are add-ons included in my subscription price?
No — add-ons are optional extras that you can choose to add to select deliveries. They’re carefully curated with other local makers and .announced ahead of time so our VIP members can decide if they want them.
Q: Can I start at a market?
We love connecting with you at local markets! While you can certainly chat with us and learn more about the club in person, all VIP Flavor Club memberships must be purchased directly through our website. This ensures your account is properly set up so you receive your monthly flavor selection emails and guaranteed box updates right away.

Q: What if I move?
Same city, everything is the same, moving city's we offer you the rest of your subscription in frozen DIY Spudnut Kits.
Q: Can I gift it?
Absolutley. Let me know and we'll make that happen.
Q: What if I'm away one month?
Let us know and you can select to pick up a frozen kit to pick up on another day or with your next box the following month. We also have a delivery option available for a fee if you are in town but can't make it to the pickup location that month!
